Connect TikTok / WhatNot

Connect your streaming accounts, share the live link, and set the rules you want enforced: spam removal, tone, promotions, and more.

Book a moderation session

Pick a date, start time, and duration (30+ minutes). Our engine will find the best-fit agent and configure the bot for your session.

Booking & agent assignment

When you submit a booking, the system creates a time block, checks all available agents, and assigns one based on a round-robin algorithm.

• Checks minimum 30-minute duration for each booking
• Verifies agent availability and avoids overlaps
• Uses round-robin logic to keep workload balanced

What your agent sees

Assigned agents receive all the information they need to moderate your session effectively.

• Assigned sessions in a calendar view
• Moderation account details (TikTok / WhatNot)

• You'll see agent name, status, and payment confirmation in your dashboard

Live moderation & engagement

At the exact start time, the bot logs in, joins your live, and starts handling chat alongside the human moderator.

• Automatic login & 2FA handling (via SMS OTP where supported)
• Real-time chat scanning for spam or rule-breaking content
• Scheduled announcements every few minutes to keep viewers engaged

After the stream

Once your session ends, you can see a comprehensive summary inside the dashboard.
